I am committed to finding ways to improve teacher and staff retention as well as opening avenues to recruit talented new staff and teachers making our school district a destination district.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Our mission for District 47 is “Empowering All Students” This means the we must provide equitable resources and respect individual differences. Our district started building on these values years ago. I support those efforts and want to make certain that they continue.
